Running Club
Two (school) years in the making! Just before the 2020 campus closures, a 3rd grade student presented the idea of creating a running club at Dos Caminos. Due to the events, we were not able to bring the club to fruition. However, the student is now in fifth grade, created a coalition of classmates as support, and the team is ready – the DCS Running Club began October 4th! The students created a recruitment video, designed metals to be 3D printed as awards, and developed an organizational plan to record distances. Such a great example of DCS Determination.
