Dear Parents, Guardians, and Friends - We wish all a wonderful and restful Thanksgiving break. School resumes on Monday, December 1st. Reminder, DCS FUN RUN has been rescheduled to Friday, December 5th! To celebrate the event, DCS PTA is inviting parents to an Opening Ceremony on the blacktop on Friday, December 5th at 8:30 am. All adults will need a valid ID to enter campus. We are also extending the timeline for donations. Total funds raised are $16, 131 and our goal is $24,000. We are close!

Dos Caminos Student Leadership is organizing our participation in the PVSD Stuff-a-Bus program benefiting Ventura County Food Share! Students may bring canned or nonperishable food items to school December 1st and December 15th. On December 15th, a PVSD bus will pick up the donations and deliver them to VC Food Share to assist our neighbors in need.

Dear Families - DCS FUN RUN!!! Our 2025-2026 school year is off to a running start and we are very excited for our “Go for Gold” Fun Run on Thursday, November 20th. This is our largest fundraiser of the year and will follow a traditional Jog-A-Thon model where students run laps on campus. Each student will receive a Fun Run t-shirt proudly displaying the names of all our family sponsors and logos of our business sponsors. Money raised goes toward school enrichment programs and family engagement activities.

 

We will be using the 99 Pledges platform to collect online donations. If you would like help signing up, please return the 99 Pledges form and we can set up your online donation site for you.

Silver: the quad with the second most money raised will earn a POPCORN party!

Bronze: the quad with the third most money raised will earn a POPSICLE party!
